Using this app for the first time and I have purchased a smart scale. Want to lose 20 lbs gradually. Was once 125 lbs overweight, but got most of it under control. Lifelong challenge.

Kudo on all your success so far!
There are many folks who are using kitchen scales here in the forums.
What would be your biggest success strategy so far when it comes to optimizing your health?1 -
Is that one of those scales that tells body fat? I always look at those, but not sure of accuracy. Then again, if it just gives trends, that might be all that I need.
Congrats on your weight loss before, and I also have between 15 and 20 to lose. Gradual changes are best for me too, otherwise I tend to get discouraged and want to quit.1 -
Just want to use the scale as a reinforcer. Have always been a compulsive scale person and I would like to track my weight more honestly (don't care about BMI and other factors). The scale will be here next week and so I can't speak to how helpful it is, just a strategy I am employing. Always for me about behavior modification, persistence
and better habits...
Kitchen scales are helpful for recipes/only way I have ever used them.0
