Back in the saddle again!

Hello! Victoria here

I joined MFP years ago and was very good about logging, exercising and losing weight. Then kiddos came along and I stopped using the app. I wish I hadn’t but it happened. Now 6 1/2 years, 3 kids later (last one in January last year) I’m ready to do this again! I’m currently 3 days into exercise routine (YouTube Total Body Project). I feel good and I’m ready to kick at least 46 lbs off. Last time I was 149 I married my best friend. That was 7 years ago this March. Whose ready to kick *kitten* with me and get healthy?

    One day at a time! It’s all we can ever do, set a goal today and kill it! Tomorrow set a goal and kick its *kitten*. That’s all we have control over really. You can do this, one day at a time and successes add up to results.
