    Today I weighed 95.6 kg, I did three 30 minute walks and one 1 minute run. I ate 5,676 kJ.

    Very interesting concept. Having a percentage target hasn't been something I have tried. I'm in on this one.

    96.0 kg, 3 30 minute walks, a 2 minute run, 6631 kJ.

    Sunday 96.0 kg, 3x30 minute walks, a 3 minute run, 6737 kJ.

    Monday 95.1 kg, a 50 minute walk (too long, sore feet after) and a 40 minute walk, a 4 minute run and a whopping 9138 kJ of food.

    Tuesday 95.1 kg, 3x30 minute walks, I didn't have a run and I ate 6656 kJ of food.
