Looking to have fellow veggies and vegans to help me with this journey. Omnies are also welcome but it'll be nice to grab some meal ideas from people who don't eat meat ☺

Or if anyone can point me in the direction of some active vegan/veggie groups that would be great!

I'm 28 been vegan for just over a year and looking to lose about 30 lbs

    Thank you! Took about 10 tries before I actually managed to stick to it but I'm so glad i did!

    I have been vegetarian for a little over 19 years and had to give up dairy this past July due to health issues. So I am in between vegetarian and vegan 😜 I will send you a friend request 😊
