Hello,
Just started the app today. Looking to get motivated and focussed and get into shape!
In my experience focussing on your goals and being able to go easy on yourself when things don't go to plan, is the best way forward ✌️

welcome to mfp! There are a lot of different groups, challenges, and people that should help you to stay motivated. I agree that keeping your eye on the prize is the best way forward. What goals do you have for yourself?1

well, my concrete goals are to lose 15 pounds by June. And to get my Squat to 150 pounds, my deadlift to 200 pounds and my bench press to 100. Also to take up yoga because I'm old and my body needs it.0
