Age 20 - 30yrs support group!

Hey guys, I’m 26 next week. Looking to see other people’s journeys and hear your experiences so far. What’s worked, what hasn’t?.. I’m on my 5th year trying to lose weight, I always yo-yo. But I feel this is going to be my year and I WILL stick to it and post my progress along the way.
(Picture of me at my lowest weight) I have around 40/45lbs to lose. We’ve got this!!

    I struggle with the yoyo effect as well. I dip down in weight for my grappling tournaments but then I put the weight right back on within a couple of months. This year I am going to do better and not let myself get over 215 once I drop down below it! The goal is 205 but really I'd love to be 185 consistently.

    Im 28. I am in the same boat as you. I am sick of the yo yo. Kicking it to the curb.
