Well I have been in denial for the last 7 years and now stood in scales and I was mortified. Sooo this is 2021 journey.

    Sit down and read as much as you can here.

    The threads that @cgrout78 rdcommended are excellent and we can send you to other super helpful ones.

    There is no magic bean. It’s eating less than you burn, aka Calories in/Calories out. Simple physics. Friends are going to tell you they know a special tea or supplement, ads are going to tempt you with meal plans and so called counseling, but it all boils down to CICO.

    Have you figured out how to set up your calorie goal and have you tried weighin and logging foods yet?

    Small steps and everything is achievable. It is essentially calories in and calories out, be honest and just start tracking. It does work. These forums are so so helpful too.
