Looking to eating sensibly and lose weight. Are the meals complicated?

    Only as complicated as you care to make them... My Fitness Pal doesn't prescribe any particular diet - you don't have to change what you eat in order to lose weight, just eat an appropriate amount of what you like.

    But there is no set diet here, it's a calorie counting site and you can eat whatever you choose, the food database has a TON of entries, or you can add your own information if you the food you are eating you don't see listed in the database.

    I eat whatever I like. I just make sure it fits within my calorie target for the day.
