    Gwen you are an inspiration to us all! I can not wait until I hit my goal. I've lost 65lbs so far and I've been on a plataue for a couple of months now. 15 lbs left to go. How did you get down to your goal weight? What did you do when you hit a plataue? I'm having such a hard time.
