New goals!

Hey guys, I just recently lost 60 lbs through cardio and decreasing my food intake. I did not count calories, I tried to eat intuitively. The holidays plus the cold and dark nights caused me to lose some motivation and added some pounds. I’m doing a triathlon this summer and a half marathon early fall, even if I have to do them virtually, I will do them. Im currently trying to lose the holiday weight, but also fine tune my diet so that as I start training harder I can gauge what my body needs. Open to any and all support and discussion!
