Poor patterns of eating and lack of exercise creating health concerns has brought me to looking at my own diet, lack of exercise and personal discipline. I have tracked with WW, but didn't realize that I was harming myself because losing weigh at the cost of other health concerns was not serving me well. I am committed to changing these patterns and doing the work and research necessary for health and longevity. I have begun and am looking for ways to be educated, stay motivate and held accountable for my choices.
