My favorite tea to drink in the morning is Oolong and at night Sleepytime tea. Green tea works well in the afternoon when i'm at work.0

Chaz' Chai tea... think that's Jasmine Pearl tea merchants. Awesome cardamom aroma. It's good made with or without milk and doesn't really NEED sweetner. Looking forward to cool weather when that will be a regular again to make at work.
Stash black orange spice.
Celestial Seasonings Iced Raspberry Sweet Zinger (herbal, with stevia in the tea bag.)0 -
Ooooo....Blackberry Sage by Republic of Tea! That is DELICIOUS and my favorite morning tea. I also like a plain Irish breakfast tea (I'll drink the Twinnings in the bag if it's all I have, but my fav Irish breakfast is by Upton Tea and is called River Shannon). I have a chocolate hazelnut tea that is so yummy in the afternoon if I want something sweet.
I love the Jasmine Pearl's teas, too. They have a blackberry fig that is wonderful! Jasmine Pearl and Upton are my favorite tea merchants. JP will throw in sample tea packets. How fun is that? And Upton will personalize the label on their tins free of charge - great when you order something as a gift for someone. They will think of you whenever they take out their tea tin!0 -
White tea is awesome!! All of the benefits of Green tea, but even more antioxidants and it doesn't taste "grassy". I also like lots of different herbal teas for the taste and the benefits they provide. Ginger tea for an upset tummy, Chamomile for relaxation, Dandelion tea for when you're feeling bloated, Peppermint tea for gas (lol, it's true), and Fennel tea for general digestion, too. I would recommend purchasing pharmaceutical-grade herbal teas from your local health or vitamin store to really feel the benefits, and not just get the taste. Or make your own! Others are just plain delicious (and most have zero calories per serving)... right now the fall weather has me hooked on Cinnamon Apple Spice tea... yum! :drinker:0
