How to get printed version of video recipes on My Fitness Pal Blog

I saw a recipe in my phone app and watched the video for 'Shrimp and Broccoli Fried “Rice”'. Here is the URL. https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/watch/shrimp-and-broccoli-fried-rice/
I tried to find a text version of this recipe but could not find it so I transcribed it from the video but this is tedious. Is there somewhere we can get the text version of these video recipes? I would be much more likely to make them if I didn't have to transcribe them from video every time I wanted to make one of them.
Thanks,
Don

I don't see a text version or a link to one, either. You should post this on Suggestions and Feedback, MFP could do with making its blog more accessible.0

Ok, I will do that.
