Hello everyone! I'm 66 years old. I am attempting to lose as much weight as possible. I am hypothyroid and unable to be very mobile, but I do try. My goal is to walk 7000 steps per day. So far I've been able to make it up to 4800. Still working on it. I'm also fasting 16/8 and eating low carb. I've lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks so far. So far so good I suppose.

Welcome! Its great that you're doing the walking. I would also suggest going on Youtube and searching for wheelchair exercise videos. My mom is very immobile and believed she couldn't exercise because of her hips and knees. But hey, if people in wheelchairs can sit there and exercise using their upper body, then anyone can!0
