I had this problem recently for the first time in my life. So I did a little research, and by easily changing some things, I never have to deal with it anymore !!! I started using a product called " salt sense", 33% less sodium. I stopped eating anything salty after my evening meal. And even though I am the worst on making sure I drink water, I try to always drink some before I go to bed. GOOD LUCK !!!!0
