Need answers: meat calories per ounce steak,chicken,ground beef ect. Any answers greatly appreciated

    It’s in the database. Double check on the USDA food website. Once you find the correct entry, add it to your diary.

    Use MFP food diary or Google, find the type of meat you use, and weigh in grams on a food scale to get an accurate calorie count.

    Make sure you know the percentage of fat in the ground beef and select cooked or uncooked. I generally buy 75% lean and weigh after cooking or after browning and draining.
