Hello! I aim to lose 15 pounds by May 31st but taking it slow. Have re-incorporated yoga for weight loss and walking 10K steps at least 3 times a week. I started meal prepping which seems much easier than I thought before. Excited about 2021!

I have mine set at half a pound, can't manage with the deficit otherwise2
