2021 here I go!

Hello! I aim to lose 15 pounds by May 31st but taking it slow. Have re-incorporated yoga for weight loss and walking 10K steps at least 3 times a week. I started meal prepping which seems much easier than I thought before. Excited about 2021!

    Thank you! I know that slow and steady is the way to go so I am aiming to lose 1 lb a week. 🙂

    I have mine set at half a pound, can't manage with the deficit otherwise :D
