my brother briefly showed me the P90X and im actually thinking of trying it out... anyone tried it?

    Do it. You know you want to. I get my butt kicked by it everyday. And I like it.

    A co-worker of mine is trying it right now, he has lost about 8 lbs in the last week. Down side is that he is hobbling around the office cuz he is so sore! Guess it works though.

    It's an excellent program! I highly recommend it. You have to commit to doing it everyday though. Just buying it doesn't do anything-- you have to BRING IT!!!! Good luck!:flowerforyou:

    yes.. i think i will try it! i like the feeling of being sore next day.. feels like my workout was effective even if it means limping around the next day.. :drinker:
