I'm not really a bragger but I am kinda proud of myself!

I won back to back weight \ fitness challenges and in 20 weeks I have lost 52.4 pounds, 31.75 inches and dropped my body fat from 27.53 to 11.22!

And have yet to have even 1 gain week!

I feel great. More self confidence. I've been *****ing about my weight for years and i set my mind to it and I'm doing it!

You just have to take that first step.

DEDICATION AND DISCIPLINE!!!!!

My goal is 60.2 so still got 8 pounds to go, but feel good at the weight I'm at now to be honest, but if I quit before my goal might feel like I quit.
