Stalled weight loss

I am just 5 ft. 1 inch. I weighed 228 lbs. in 2015 and I lost 59 lbs. It took several years. I now weigh 169. But I have stalled and been between 166 and 171 for the last 3 months! I still am just a few pounds heavy enough to be considered obese. I sure would love to be below that obese line? Any ideas? I have a job that is totally at a desk. I used to go to a gym and work-out but Covid halted that! I have knee problems that do not allow me to do too much walking for exercise. I eat between 1200-1400 calories a day.
ANY IDEAS TO BREAK THE STALLED WEIGHT LOSS?

Are you able to add any type of upper body exercise, such as with exercise bands or improvised weights that you could do at home? Have you considered seated exercise videos? Sometimes people think those are all going to be for very frail people, but there are many on YouTube for quite a range of fitness levels (some of the ones for wheelchair athletes look pretty intense!1
