This is my first week to really get back to it. I meal prepped for the week and it is working fairly well. When the food I bring with me is gone I am done until I get home for dinner. :) Just working to eat less and healthier. Baby steps Hope everyone is having a great day.

    Welcome! Food prep is great for keeping within a calorie target. I definitely do better when I meal prep.
