Hello, I am returning to the old trusty fitness pal. I have gained over 60 pounds in the last 4 years, and its time to get back to a healthier version of me. Hello everyone!

    It sounds like you used MFP successfully in the past. So you know you can do it again! What are your goals this time, and what strategies are you planning to get back to them? Perhaps more importantly, what strategies are you thinking of putting in place to make sure this time you keep it off?

    Welcome back....good for you. I did the same January 1 and loving the results....I'm in it until I meet goals and then for maintenance. Keep motivated and a positive mindset....action is the magic word! Wishing you much success.
