Hi, Noob here!

This was not a resolution... it's been a working effort for years to get some semblance of normal back in my life - this is just one of the steps I'm taking.

My Goal is to track every day and to learn my eating habits at first for a month before I try and change anything. I believe that slow and steady will always win the race in the end. I need to have an understanding of what I consume before I try to modify it and tracking is the way to go for me. So, this week is the start of simple tracking and next month will begin the modifications.
