Hey everyone!
Okay so, three years ago, this month, I was at my heaviest; 163 lbs.
I had lost 20 lbs about a year later, but gained it back when I got my more or less desk job..
However! Finding this ipod app and website has really boosted my motivation! So here are my before's and currents!
Heaviest: 163
Start: 160 [4/1/11]
Current: 145-142 [9/10/11]
