Female Curves and Body Proportion Advise

I have an issue that is keeping me very unmotivated for my weight loss. I have always had wide hips and hip bone structure, even as a very fit teenager my bottom never matched my top. I have now "filled out" and my top curves match my bottom curves. But, I want to lose weight in the middle. I don't want to lose boob size (sorry for too much information) because I looked just weird before with nothing in proportion. I have adjusted my weight loss goals, because I had it at 50 lbs, which is going to put me below high school weight and that might be too much. I adjusted it to 15 lbs for now, and then will see how I feel after that.
So...my question is what exercises or diet is suggested to just lose weight in the middle?? I've always been told boobs go first, which is what I want to avoid. Again sorry for the personal aspect of this. Any advise or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

I too have a pear shape. Learn to love it! And make up with cotton what God has forgotten!0

sorry can`t spot reduce the weight will come off where it wants to come off of
for most people it seems to start with face and work down ward as you loose0 -
Yes, you can't spot reduce, but you can try to work out your middle more. Do situps, back exercises stuff like that. You might now lose too much in your boobs. Everyone says you loose your boobs first, but I never did. Everyone is different. You'll just have to wait and see.
Oh, and i read somewhere that drinking low-fat milk after workouts help repairs muscles and reduce belly fat. Of course everyone will have a different opinion on this... Good luck!0 -
Do both...lose weight and get stronger.
As for boobs.....You can buy those! They are you....only better!:laugh:0 -
Athletic women tend to be more bottom-heavy. That doesn't mean "buff" or "bulky". Pushups and other pec strength training will help maintain/perk your girls.0

I am also a pear shape. My boobs haven't shrunk at all so far, in fact, I've gone from a 36B to a 34C. Genetics decides where you lose and gain weight first. My waist has dropped at least 3 inches since I started losing weight and I've only lost about 3/4 inch in my thighs and they've taken a lot longer to shrink, too.
You're better off trying to dress to show your figure off to an advantage rather than worrying about spot reduction, which just isn't possible.0
