Favorite Back-to-the-Gym Programs

Hey y'all!

I've been on the prowl for a good 4-week (at least) program for getting back in the gym. I'm a crossfitter at heart (minus the racist CEO) but I'm pretty out of shape, so I'd like to get my body moving some weight for a few months before I go back to a more Crossfit-type gym (trying to save some money, too). Most of the programs I've found have a lot of machine-based and rope-pulling (is that what you call it?) movements which are not my jam.

Basically, I'm just wondering what your favorite 4+ week programs are that don't involve a ton of random gym equipment. I'm open to having a little in there, like I love lat pull downs and cable rows, just not into the super complicated stuff. I'm going to Planet Fitness for context.
