I used to be really great at keeping fit. Then I hit a major medical wall of cancer, depression and the weight packed on. Now I have a new body that is obese. It is not reacting to my old ways as it is not the same body internally. Nutrition never mattered however now that I'm older and health issues it's a major deal. So I am looking for tips on how to stay on track. I'm horrible with tracking food, prepping food, cooking meals... please help!

If you don’t like to cook or prep, how do you eat? Do you eat take aways mostly? Which is just fine. Trying to figure out how to help you with counting calories.1

I agree with Liz. You need to explain how you regularly eat so we can suggest changes. Also it would help to know how many calories MFP gave you as a daily goal. As for tracking, it will take a little patience, but you can do it. Let us know.3
