Hello everyone! I'm new to this scene and am excited to begin what I hope to be a healthy, fulfilling journey to becoming more fit. My weaknesses include good IPA's, and sugar!

    Welcome! Do you have a plan in place to become more fit? What does "more fit" look like to you?

    more fit means I'm able to increase my endurance on long uphill and downhill descents, am more confident in my appearance, and I'm able to charge hard on the ski hill all day long.
