Is their a calorie amount you shouldnt go under?

Yes, but that depends on you! My minimum and your minimum will be different.
Have you entered your stats in MFP? What does it say?
What are your stats? Height, weight, age, male or female,activity level?
What are your goals?

There absolutely is, but what that number is depends on how big you are currently and how active you are.
Have you gone to the MFP goal setting tool? It will give you a good starting place. It has a calorie floor that it won't suggest lower. You can also use a tool like sailrabbit to get estimates of the fuel your body needs just to be alive and comatose.
If you are trying to lose weight, it's usually advised to get a slower, steadier rate than a crash diet. In the long run, you'll be more successful.
