I'm really in need of some accountability partners

I've been doing so good with tracking and moving since the new year began. Last week was such a challenge when it came to staying motivated.

Research shows over 800 million user-logged activities in 2019 predicts the day most people are likely to give up on their New Year's Resolution is January 19.

What are some things you all do to get it done when you just don't feel like it?

    Get what done?

I use the tools here to track what I eat. I eat every day. I log my food every day. I always feel like eating. The trick is eating the right foods and not too much.

What are you doing to get it done?

Mainly "moving." I've been working from home for almost a year so I've really been struggling with getting activity in and staying motivated

I love statistics and haven’t heard that one!
I hate the feeling of going over on my calories. I am working with what works for me; being less rigid with my goals.
I set my calories to 1650 and if I am having a hard day I eat every last morsel of 1650 calories.
I found I am hungry when I eat low calories. I also found I am hungry when I fast but I am actually pretty satisfied and full for the 6 hours I eat a day. Again, I am not rigid with this. If I didn’t eat enough calories during my eating window, I often eat later in the day.
I started drinking a gallon of water a day recently to help curb my diet. I don’t do that when I am out of town though.

I started my journey by talking to my doctor about some concerns I had and she got me tested for a thyroid problem and that was the reason why I wasnt able to loose weight for the life of me so now I'm on thyroid pills pretty much the rest of my life and I'm only 26 that also made me develop bad cholesterol so I started eating healthy when I started I weighed 189 now I weigh 178 and my thyroid is back to normal for now but I have to keep it that way for me to do that I have to continue to do what I'm doing now I eat 130-140 carbs a day I'm active thru the day and when it starts getting warmer out I'm gonna start walking everyday
