Is the calorie deficit correct

Hi
I’ve used MFP in the p are but not consistently. I want to drop from 230 to around 210 by end of June. I exercise 5 times a week and walking on average about 10000 a day. The calorie deficit is set at 1800 a day. Is this too aggressive?

1800 calories plus your exercise calories, right?1

Those were pretty much my starting numbers and caloric recommendations (not including exercise). You will know soon enough if it is working for you or not.1

Hi do you eat back your exercise calories? I’m using an Apple Watch to track
Thanks0 -
When you visit MFP, either the web or the app, your daily calorie goal should adjust itself IF your apple watch is synching with your MFP account. If you don't have it set to sync, then you will need to add exercise manually, and the calorie goal will then adjust.
Good on you for setting a realistic goal!1
