ok hi I'm clau and well I have some trouble with my self image and weight. My freshmen year in high school I got bullied to the point where I refused to eat and almost had to be in a hospital. 4 years from then I'm still having issues and my dad called me fat. I guess I just want to lose a little wait so I can see for myself that I look ok. Though my mom and friends say I look ok.

    Hey Clau!

    You have found an amazing site. You didn't deserve to be treated like that from other students or your dad. :( I'm a teacher and I do not tolerate bullying! We are all different and special in our own ways. :) It's going to be hard the first couple of weeks but it will get easier and you will develop a healthier lifestyle. Just remember that eating grilled meats, fresh veggies and fruits will be fewer calories and you will be able to eat more of them. Almonds are also a great snack and drink lots of water. If you exercise too, then you will have even more calories to eat. :) Stick with it and you will see results. Feel free to add me as a friend. Good luck on your weight loss journey. :)
