Looking for friends in Lincoln NE

Hi there. I am new to myfitnesspal and am moving to Lincoln this summer. I would like to make some friends who are on the same journey as I am. I am almost 40, trying to get back down to my happy healthy weight. I have crohn's disease so I mostly do low impact work outs. I love going on walks with and without my dog Winston. My husband is about to retire from the Navy and my son is Graduating from high school. :)

    Kimball, so on the other side of the state I think, I moved from perham area. Had some family in the cities area but they moved out of state too. Florida and Oregon. Where are you going to be moving from?

    We are moving from San Diego California. Husband is retiring from the Navy. He grew up in Lincoln and his family is still there. I love it there.

    I love it here more than mn so far...the winters are more tolerable!!!... lol..
    Well it will be a nice place to retire than and be with family! Sounds like California is getting kinda crazy anyhow! Well you can friend me if you'd like. Not from Lincoln, but still in the same state...lol.
