30 day challenge!

I’m looking to give myself a 30 day challenge of sorts . For one I will cut out alcohol. That always helps me with poor eating choices and bloating . Also overall health. Any other ideas ? I’m a stay at home mom with two little ones and in a lockdown , so nothing too crazy or unrealistic . Also always looking for new friends ;)

    What is your goal? Lose weight? Get fit?

    No alcohol is a good goal, by the way. It is setting a good example for your little ones.

    I realized I didn’t put my goal but I don’t know how to edit . I’d like to lose some weight and get back on track to being more healthy . Any idea how to edit ?

    Make a goal to do at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. If you are already doing that, make it 60 or pick a specific exercise and try to do it every single day i.e. yoga or running or pushups.
