OK so I;m kinda just here to vent a little bit. Today I guess me and my boyfriend decided to call it quits and breakup. Partly b/c I'm stubborn and just needed sometime to think but i guess he couldnt realize it by the fact that i wasnt responding to anything he was saying. Lately i've just been feeling like even though im working out its not going to do any good. basically like im not good enough and I know thats something im going to have to deal with it but in someways hes made me feel like that. I dont really know how to find my spark again!

anyone is welcome to offer comments!!!! :)

OMG! I could have written this. Been going through the same thing this week...and have fallen off the wagon. Been eating horribly, not working out, and wanting to stay in bed all day. Just don't see the point in it all.

But I gotta tell myself that tomorrow is a new day and I deserve better than the way I am treating myself.

    Hugs...

COME ON GIRLS...You girls are stronger than that!!!! You are only hurting yourself if you sabotage yourself by not eating healthy. It's hurting nobody but you. Kinda like driving a car. You can drive it straight down the road, or turn the wheel and slam head first in to a tree......which one you gonna choose? DRIVE YOUR CAR STRAIGHT! You can do it!!! No excuses!! Lisa from Ca.

Always remember the YOU ARE WORTH EVERYTHING. You are one of Gods creatures and all of his creatures are important or he would not have made you to begin with. God does not make mistakes. Give your self a big hug,

I'm sorry to hear about you and your bf.

First, we all have bad weeks where we feel like we are getting nowhere, but you have to push through it. You ARE good enough...not matter what....as long as you keep trying. From my own personal experience ( may not work for everyone) I found the #1 thing I need to be successful in dieting is a positive mindset. It has meant that I had to find what motivated me to committ to this long term and what inspired me. Therapy also really has helped me, as in so much of my life I never felt good enough or like I deserved something. Now that my inside self is strong, I'm finding success in losing on the outside( I am in the same weight range/ goals as you).

    Keep your chin up:happy:

Hang in there! For me, it's baby steps. Just keep taking the steps. I am telling myself to take one day at a time. Sometimes, it's one four-hour-stretch at a time. The more healthy foods I eat, the more exercise I do, the better I feel about my progress. Whether it shows up on the scale or in the way my clothes fit, I know that getting through THIS DAY doing something better than I did before, will make me stronger. And, if I keep at it, the results WILL be there. Don't give up! Ever!

It sounds to me like you haven't really lost it. You're obviously not willing to stay with someone who doesn't make you feel good and that's important too. Now you can concentrate on what you're doing for you. Hopefully you'll find it easier now you're on your own too ie not thinking that you don't have time to go for a run cus the fella wants to go out tonight, or not having spinach for dinner cus he doesn't like it.

    You can do it :)

Sometimes eating very low carbs can cause temporary depression.
See how you really feel and see what you can do.
