Any one have any good one to use when cooking, im trying
to cut back on salt intake and most of the seasonings i
use are salt based (seasoning salt, garlic salt, cajun seasoning etc)

Mrs. Dash has an entirely salt-free seasoning line. Find it near herbs and spices in the grocery store. Works very well.0

mckormic also makes a great veggie-bases salt-free blend. i think it is called flavour shakers...0

I think someone might have mentioned this already but I love my McCormick "Salt free All-Purpose" seasoning, I used it on my eggs this morning and it is really versatile. Yum!0

Fresh Dill, Cilantro, Rosemary...................
Those are my 3 favorite fresh herbs............
Bay leaves and basil are great to use too.........
Chop up a little and it goes a long way for flavor.0
