I need some guidance of what I should be doing when it comes to eating the right foods. I starting running again a few weeks ago so if anyone could give me some pointers I would much appreciate it!! I am looking to lose 25 pounds.

Welcome! The idea here is to improve your overall health by tracking calories taken in and calories spent. If you bite it write it is one common saying around here, meaning that you simply log anything you eat! Try to eat whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and make sure you are getting enough lean protein. The daily goal guides will help you monitor that too. Best of luck!!!0
