exercising when i have no energy from a cold?

Should I push through and exercise or rest?

  • im in the same boat except I have been prescribed antibiotics and I just feel completely WIPED OUT! I haven't been to the gym in 3 days now and it's driving me nuts.

    If you're sick you should rest. Your body needs to spend its energy on fighting the illness, not on exercise. Give yourself a couple of days to get better. Make sure you're eating an extremely healthy diet (no junk food, no fast food, lots of water) while you recover and don't feel bad about eating a little more than normal, your body needs the extra fuel.
