Fitbot wont track

Has any else had issues with fitbit not tracking steps to MFP? If so whats the fix.

I'll let you know tomorrow...I set my new Versa 3 up and downloaded both apps and it says it has synced, though I'm not going to start tracking till tomorrow. I never liked wearing a wristwatch and stopped before I even got out of college, so I'm wondering if I'm going to like this thing.1
