Some advice please On what’s next

So some background I am 5ft 6 inches 148lbs down from 220lbs I have a small amount of fat left on my mid section and would call myself skinny fat. I work a warehouse job 3 days a week which is very physical And involves lifting and moving pallets and I lift an upper lower split on the other 4 days.

What is my goal to not be skinny fat and build some muscle? cut, bulk or recomp? I have been lifting weights properly for about a month and eating what I believe is maintainance cals of 3100 in which time my weight has not changed. I just see so much different info everywhere on what to do and the word bulk scares me after losing the weight.

    Do you have pics? Most people think they are skinny fat tend to still just be overfat. If you want, you can probably recomp.

    Also what split are you running?
