weekend ! up calories and UP WEIGHT! How can stop this!!!!

    I ate SO MANY CALORIES today haha. I went over by like 1400 calories. Oh well, tomorrows a new day :D
  • It's difficult to say without seeing your diary and knowing where you're going 'wrong'...

    I went to visit SallieBeige (my sister) on Friday night and took a bag of salad with me. I know she's more of a frozen veg gal and I just don't feel full when I eat more veg than carrot, celery, tomato...

    Had a great night and still managed to keep under, eating the meat that she'd prepared.

    hmmmm... need to stock up on veg and fruits more. I love chocolate though, thats my own down fall.
  • At the moment I KNOW I'm being obsessive but I'm eating very little fruit. I find celery, red pepper, cucumber, courgette... far more filling.

    Fancy sharing what happens on the weekend and we can try and share some ideas with you?!
  • I've been doing this January, so not that long, but I find as long as I am really good during the week then I am okay to cheat at the weekend, although I try to only cheat one day at the weekend! You've got to treat yourself sometimes! Perhaps look at what you are eating in the week and try to reduce the fat content there rather than your weekend? good luck!!
