Yayyy I'm so happy to be finally posting in the Success Story message board !

I stepped on the scales this morning and I have lost over 1st !

I have never came this far on a weight loss journey and now I have come this far I dont intend to stop now

Hope everyone else is happy with their successes so far Keep it up xx

    Lol, if anything its us who are ignorant. Forgetting the queen's measuring system. Anywhoo, 1st=1 stone = 14 pounds

    Well done :):):) its a great feeling I remember when I realised i'd lost my 1st stone, I felt ssssoooo great and it motivated me to keep going have now lost 2 stone and can't wait till it's 3, 4, 5 or even 6 :) CONGRATS TO YOU KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

    I know the way I look hasnt changed much but I feel so much better, healthier, confident and motivated to carry on with this journey !

    My friends on MFP are the people to thank and everyone like yourselves that motivate me day in and day out !

    Loosing a Stone feels AMAZING Arghhhhh :love: :happy: :tongue:

    It was after two stone that people started noticing with me. But you will have changed. You'll be there before you know it.
