I'm Korrie

Hi, Korrie here, new to the app. Looking to lose 100lbs this year... I'm highly motivated! My husband had lost 60lbs and I'm ready to join him.

I do have a question. I need help with breakfast ideas! I am a meat lover! Bacon does not fill me up, I often turn to steak. I'm thinking about not eating a full 4-6 oz steak, maybe half and pairing it with eggs? Idk if that's too much red meat?

    I eat 2 eggs and 1 piece of turkey sausage.

    I've given up red meat altogether. It just does nasty things to my body. For breakfast I eat eggs and fresh veggies. Before you laugh. I was a "meat and potatos" man my whole life. By making small measureable, repeatable and sustainable changes in my lifestyle, I was able to drop 100#.
