    IIFYM = If It Fits Your Macros
    Macros = generally Carbs, Fats, Protein

    Basically, there are no inherently ‘bad’ foods, but you’re accountable for every calorie you put in your mouth.

    Oh yeah, and: Log every day... Use a (digital) scale... Browse the forum for pearls of wisdom... Celebrate your wins... Ask for support when you need it... Keep going... That’s about it!
