Counting calories. I like coming in under target. I also have a file of inspiring pictures saved on my computer for those moments when I forget why chocolate cake is a bad idea.

Love that picture! Good motivator that!

On my bedroom door on the (facing my bedroom) ive got quite a few pictures of different celebs i printed off! Ive got a variety of peter andre, david beckham, brad pitt, beyonce, pixie lott, jillian michaels, and a few others. - this has helped me to watch what im putting in my mouth day in day out as i want to be nice and slim just like them! And even tho ive got pics up of male celebs i can see there 6-pack and muscley arms sooo it motivates me more!

Another thing ive recently done to motivate me is, i have made a 2 week workout programme calendar thing and ive stuck it up on my wardrobe! So when i wake up every morning i know exactly what workout/s ive got to do for that day! This will help me to keep on track of my excercise, i know if i didnt do this workout calendar thing i will forget to do excercise and ill just be really lazy day in day out and id never reach my goal weight! :)

Another thing that motivates me is watching programmes on tv like 'The Biggest Looser' etc, if people ALOT bigger than me can loose lots and lots of weight and excercise everyday then so can i! I enjoy watching programmes like these, i keep notes of tips and things that their trainers tell them and i bare that in mind! This really motivates me to get up off my *kitten*! :D
  • Remembering what it was like to put on anything and KNOW I looked slim... and the addictiveness of people saying 'oh, you're tiny'.

Although I hate to admit it, because it means I'm as sucked up in the world of being thin as society wants me to be!
  • The knowledge that I finally "get it", thanks to this site!! That and all the size 4, YES, I said it, size 4 clothes that I needed to buy, since everything I owned was TOO BIG!!! It's funny, before, when I've lost weight I always thought "I hope I can keep this off until _______", but now I think, no, I KNOW I can keep this off FOREVER!! I've made lifestyle changes that will stick with me forever!!

Friend me if you want a buddy!!
  • The thought of being happy again :)
