Personally I will reward myself with a pat on the back, lol anything other than that will be too expensive either in money or calories lol! But my bf has said that if I get to a 12 by the end of October he will buy me something nice as a reward. - probably shoes, bags or clothes...

I hardly ever buy things for myself, so I use online purchases as my rewards. Usually it's fitness related. I've bough myself a LiveSTONG gym bag, some yoga pants, workout shoes, Beachbody DVDs, Shakeology, and next will be a Bodybugg. :)

I definitely reward myself. The reward depends on the accomplishment. It can be anything from a new piece of equipment, article of clothing, to an ice cream cone.... Your reward should mean something to you. My biggest reward has been the increase in my energy and improvement in my health.... every day I feel good is a huge reward for me and keeps me focused. Is there something you want that you think will make you strive harder? If so then make that your reward!

I like to download a new album to listen to during my workouts as a reward for progress.

When I reach my goal weight my husband is getting me an new ring...my wedding ring can't be re-sized due to it's style. AND new family photos. He...is getting a truck..LOL. He needs the truck anyway. :)
  • What's important to you? You should do something nice for yourself when you hit a goal. These goals are hard to hit and takes so much discipline. I like picture frames, so I buy one when I have a 10 lb accomplishment.
