I was planning on making it home for lunch but it didn't happen so I stopped at a grocery store and bought a few snackie things.

water

1/4 bag baby carrots
2 servings snack size caramel rice cakes
3 cheese curds (stole them from hubby)

    I had a WW Smart Ones Pepperoni Pizza. They are actually very good for being microwaved pizza.

    Haven't had lunch yet but had a great breakfast...

    1 Whole Wheat English muffin topped with 1 wedge Laughing Cow creamy Swiss, and 2 Morning Star Farms breakfast patties. Yummy!

    OMG - you have just saved my afternoon. I completely forgot that I brought yogurt in today and it's in someone's fridge. I was just getting sad that I'm out of food (except for one nasty banana that has passed its prime) and I read your post and remembered my yogurt!

    Going away luncheon at a Mexican restaurant. DOH! :noway: I was relatively good and went with the 1/2 order chicken quesadilla. I think that was the least evil thing they had!! Guess I have to be extra ambitious when I head to the gym in a little bit.

    1 slice of wheat bread - 69 calories
    1/4 tomato - 6 calories

  • I forgot my lunch so I had to forage from what I've left behind in the fridge at work this past week: some baby carrots, an orange, and a Cliff Bar....BORING.

    romaine, jicama, red pepper, mushrooms, cucumber, tomato with 2 tbs of nonfat cottage cheese and 2 tbs of ranch dressing.

    and a rainbow trout fillet.

    3/4 can albacore tuna mixed with 1 tbls lite mayo chopped onions and tbls unsalted peanuts and 8 doritos (not the healthiest choice but I have no wraps or crackers left). So I needed something on the side oh and I did 40 min cardio this morning.
  • A greek salad from Mayo clinic.... spinach, grilled eggplant, union, olives,feta, tomato and cucumber dressed with balsamic vinegar...only 80 claories a serving:smile:

    This yummy Portabello Sandwish from our cafeteria. It was 400 calories but big with cheese, lettuce, tomoto, onions, juicy portabello slices, and some pesto sauce on thick bread! It was SOOOO good! And then I had an apple this afternoon.

    *This is definetely more than I usually eat for lunch but I am going to the gym tonight so won't exceed my calorie allowance. At least at work they always have all the nutritional information listed for the daily menu.
