I was planning on making it home for lunch but it didn't happen so I stopped at a grocery store and bought a few snackie things.

2 servings snack size caramel rice cakes
3 cheese curds (stole them from hubby)

I had a WW Smart Ones Pepperoni Pizza. They are actually very good for being microwaved pizza.0

OMG - you have just saved my afternoon. I completely forgot that I brought yogurt in today and it's in someone's fridge. I was just getting sad that I'm out of food (except for one nasty banana that has passed its prime) and I read your post and remembered my yogurt!

Going away luncheon at a Mexican restaurant. DOH! :noway: I was relatively good and went with the 1/2 order chicken quesadilla. I think that was the least evil thing they had!! Guess I have to be extra ambitious when I head to the gym in a little bit.0

An enormous salad:
romaine, jicama, red pepper, mushrooms, cucumber, tomato with 2 tbs of nonfat cottage cheese and 2 tbs of ranch dressing.
and a rainbow trout fillet.

3/4 can albacore tuna mixed with 1 tbls lite mayo chopped onions and tbls unsalted peanuts and 8 doritos (not the healthiest choice but I have no wraps or crackers left). So I needed something on the side oh and I did 40 min cardio this morning.0

This yummy Portabello Sandwish from our cafeteria. It was 400 calories but big with cheese, lettuce, tomoto, onions, juicy portabello slices, and some pesto sauce on thick bread! It was SOOOO good! And then I had an apple this afternoon.
*This is definetely more than I usually eat for lunch but I am going to the gym tonight so won't exceed my calorie allowance. At least at work they always have all the nutritional information listed for the daily menu.
