Have any of you women tried any of these ? What are your opinions ?
(I currently do P90x everyday but for what ever reason I have not been dropping the Lbs. I have had some blood work to see if there are any medical reasons I am not loosing and I started MFP this past Sunday ... I will weigh in to see if eating my calories helps. But til I find the right mix I am willing to invest in a weight loss program like Slim in 6 , Power 90 , Insanity or Turbo jam)

I've only done Power 90 so far, but I love it! It seriously works!! It does get a little monotonous though. I need to try another one of the Beachbody Programs.0

I currently do slim in 6 (PS3) and turbo fire. They are great programs. I like a lot of variety.0

I have done the first month of insanity twice, first time didnt feel ready for month two so repeated month one, just finished and messed up my back. so ihave decided since i am going on a cruise in 2 weeks, i am going to put it on hold and stick with some less imact work outs.
there is a lot of high impact jumping and such in insanity, and i dont know just rather not be flat on my back for my cruise.0 -
I am day 3 into the Beachbody Insanity program and it it s tough... But, I'm loving the high-intensity interval training and especially the stretches! They feel so good after thrashing your muscles.
I am definitely feeling the effort, the last 2 days I have had a stiffness to my walk... "ma'am" *tilts hat into your general direction*0 -
P90X grad and just did the first week of Insanity. lost about 15lbs on p90x. nutrition is a struggle, am i eating the right foods? or maybe at the wrong time or not the right combinations ? I try to maintain a 40/40/20 ratio. but as far as Insanity goes yea tough work outs and some improvements on doing the plyometric work out so far.0

I am doing TurboFire - just finished the prep schedule and heading on to the regular schedule Monday. I LOVE this program. I have gotten great results with just the prep schedule. I personally like Chalene as a trainer and the music in TurboFire makes the workout fun. I never dread doing the workouts. I have also used Body Gospel (another of my favorites!!), Hip Hop Abs, and Brazil Butt Lift. My sis in law has done Slim in 6 and had some great results with that program.
Hope that helps!0 -
I have tried Insanity but its too high impact for me right now .. I have Turbo Jam but am not sure how to work them into a program but I intend to follow them for a month and then I will order Turbo Fire or ChaLEAN extreme0

I started doing Turbo Jam just this week and it is alot of fun. I have just done the Cardio Party 3 times this week mixed in with other Exercise TV workouts and my own DVDs. I am pouring sweat after 45 minutes and it is so much fun I feel like I don't want it to be over. lol I lose 5 lbs this week and I believe that Turbo Jam played a large part in that.0

I have completed the first month of insanity, then my work schedule got insane and didn't complete the remainder. I want to start in again, and also thinking og turbofire. With the insanity I didn't loose much weight, but could see results. Has anyone lost on turbofire.0
