Good Morning All! I'm Caryn, recently turned 50 and watching my weight just go up and up. My doctor told me to get it under control because on average women put on 25lbs in menopause! Good Grief! I've realized I should have been paying attention to portion control all along so I'm back to tracking my food and calories in order to pay attention to my portions. It's been eye opening, and not in a good way. Fortunately, I'm already seeing results and want to finally get this under control for good. Wish Me Luck!

Welcome! Tracking can definitely be eye opening! Have you weighed out a serving of peanut butter yet? So sad! 😞0

Never heard that the average women puts on 25 lbs. I gained no weight and I can’t think of a single friend who put on (at least noticeable) weight. It sounds like you are doing well. Best wishes.0
